Cancellation and Return/Exchange Policy information specifically for online ordering of products from the Execuspecs Online platform at www.execuspecs.co.za.

Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact the Execuspecs Online Customer Service immediately at 0860 109 289 (8am-5pm Mon-Fri) or send an email to info@execuspecs.co.za. If you wish to cancel your order and it  has not yet been processed, you will receive a full refund for the value of the amount paid.

Return/Exchange Policy

Please call Execuspecs Online Customer Care on 0860 109 289, or send an email to info@execuspecs.co.za, to arrange any returns.

  1. Purchase Orders
    1. Exchanges can be done at your nearest Execuspecs Store, although it is advised that you go to the store that you transacted with online.
    2. First time returns are free of shipping charges thereafter additional shipping charges will apply.
    3. Should it be necessary to return defective goods, please take note of the following:
    4. such goods must be returned with all original packaging materials;
    5. before returning an item, please notify us by emailing us at info@execuspecs.co.za;
    6. returns must be sent by a traceable carrier to Execuspecs Returns with address: 12 Darling Street, North End, Port Elizabeth, 6001 or to any Execuspecs store country wide.
