If you have placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact the Execuspecs Online Customer Service immediately at 0860 109 289 (8am-5pm Mon-Fri) or send an email to email@example.com. If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been processed, you will receive a full refund for the value of the amount paid.

- Purchase Orders
- Exchanges can be done at your nearest Execuspecs Store, although it is advised that you go to the store that you transacted with online.
- First time returns are free of shipping charges thereafter additional shipping charges will apply.
- Should it be necessary to return defective goods, please take note of the following:
- such goods must be returned with all original packaging materials;
- before returning an item, please notify us by emailing us at email@example.com;
- returns must be sent by a traceable carrier to Execuspecs Returns with address: 12 Darling Street, North End, Port Elizabeth, 6001 or to any Execuspecs store country wide.
