"I am contacting you to tell you about the excellent service I always receive from Hillcrest Execuspecs. Every-one at the branch is so good to all who come in, but I must make special mention of Charmaine Kirk. She always goes out of her way to treat her clients with care and compassion, and she listens with patience and understanding- often in her own time.  She patiently explains what an Opthalmic surgeon is quite often too busy to do and answers questions freely, using pictures and drawings to illustrate what she means.
